‘The customer is always right’ is a well-known adage, and ESP continues to invest in the business to guarantee excellent service and support to its growing customer base.
The company has welcomed three new faces to its customer service team. Debbie Collins, Alex Caldecott and Jamie Leaver take up the positions of customer service advisors. They join three experienced colleagues including customer service manager Greg Allen, to make up the department.
The newly-expanded, six-strong team are fully equipped to handle the increase in orders, quotes and general enquiries that has come as the company continues to grow and develop. Regular training sessions are undertaken to ensure comprehensive understanding of the latest products that have been added. ESP’s range currently includes Access Control, CCTV (including the latest 4 Megapixel CCTV systems), Fire Protection (including the new MAGDUO two-wire fire alarm system), Emergency Lighting, the Essentials collection external area protection systems and the Sangamo range of time switches and heating controls.
