Leading security products supplier, ESP, is pleased to announce the promotion of Neil Baldwin to the position of sales director.
Neil joined ESP as national sales manager in 2013, bringing with him 17 years’ experience in the industry, specialising in fire and emergency lighting products. He joins the board at an exciting time in the company’s development as ESP continues to build its share of the security products market.
In his new role as sales director, Neil will have full responsibility for the strategic development of the sales division, which will include management of the company’s multi-channel external sales teams and the continual development and expansion of ESP’s wholesaler and contractor markets.
Since joining the company in November 2013, Neil has proved to be a valuable asset to the business and instrumental in the development of our external sales team structure, whilst also building strong relationships at national and regional levels within our customer base. His passion and enthusiasm to continually develop his own skill set and the business is a key factor in his success.
